Shipping, Delivery & Installation

We aim to process orders promptly after confirmation. Delivery timeframes vary depending on stock availability, location, freight schedules, and large-item logistics.

Delivery estimates are indicative only and not guaranteed.

For massage chair deliveries, you are responsible for ensuring safe access into the property including:

Suitable doorway/hallway width
Stair access or lift availability
Clear pathway for placement

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional delivery attempts or handling fees may apply.

Returns, Exchanges & Consumer Rights (NZ)

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 are not limited by these Terms.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

Change of Mind

Robocure does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene considerations, product handling, and freight logistics associated with wellness equipment.

Warranty

Warranty does not cover:
